Payment Terms
Himsarthi Travel offers flexible payment options for a hassle-free booking experience. To confirm your tour package, we require an advance payment of 20% of the total cost. Once hotel confirmation is received, an additional 30% is due. The remaining 50% can be paid upon arrival. Please note that airfare and train tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, so we offer a transparent cancellation policy:
- After booking confirmation, cancellations will incur a 25% fee.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before travel will be charged 30% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 4 days before travel will incur a 70% fee.
- Cancellations within 2 days of travel are non-refundable (100% charge applies).
- For train and flight tickets, cancellations will follow the policies of Indian Railways and airlines.
Refund Policy
Himsarthi Travel aims to provide a seamless experience. However, hotel availability may vary, and additional charges may apply for higher-category rooms. Prices are non-commissionable and subject to change without notice. Refunds and cancellations for hotels and other services will be subject to the respective provider’s policies. Additionally, a government service tax will be applicable. Please note that cancellations or refunds will not be provided for situations beyond our control, such as bad weather or political disruptions.
Reservation Policy
Hotel rooms, train seats, and airfare are subject to availability at the time of booking. Your reservation will be considered confirmed only after full payment (100%) is received before the start of your trip.

Changes to Holiday Plans
We will do our best to accommodate any modifications to your travel plans. However, changes are subject to availability and feasibility. All change requests must be submitted in writing, and any additional costs arising from modifications will be borne by the traveler.
